BEWARE of Suspicious e-mails
Phishing (pronounced “fishing”) is a method that criminals use to obtain your personal and account information. If you receive an e-mail asking for your personal and/or account information, DON’T OPEN IT and definitely don’t respond to it. In many cases these e-mails are meant to look like your financial institution is making a request for you to verify your account information but this is not the case. No financial institution will ever ask you to verify your account information online. If you have a question about a suspicious e-mail please give us a call immediately.
